Comprehensive Maintenance

Our Comprehensive Vehicle Maintenance comprises of a series of in-depth maintenance procedures and detailed checks carried out in line with Auto Shelter standards in conjunction with your vehicle manufacturer’s requirements based on set time intervals or after the vehicle has traveled a certain distance.

In addition to all routine maintenance activities, checks are also carried out on;

Engine/Fuel

Engine: Check engine spark plugs (recommend for replacement if required)

Fuel: Check fuel flow rates and service fuel injection system (replace fuel filter as required)

Examine alternator, starter and belts

Examine water pump, radiator and hoses

Check intake and exhaust system

Perform diagnostic checks for any Error codes in the ECU and advice client on corrective actions if any etc.

Powertrain / Chassis

Check quality and level of Automatic/Manual Transmission Fluid (recommend for replacement if required)

Examine driveshafts, hoses and boots.

Check power steering fluid (refill if required)

Examine brake system (Brake pads/Liners, brake discs/Drums), check Brake fluid level and perform di-electric test.

Suspension System: shock absorbers, tie rods, steering racks, hoses, boots, bushings, tighten, grease and lubricate chassis components etc.

Electrical

Check battery and charging system

Lighting systems (interior and exterior), mirrors etc.

Examine Supplemental Restraint System (Airbags, seat belts etc.)
